The Emerald is a great course that tests your skills every time you play it. The front 9 plays relatively easy with the exception of 2-3 holes. Maple Creek winds thru the back nine, coming into play on 7 holes. Picturesque in its design, carved out of old hardwood trees and beautiful rolling land make this one of the prettiest back 9's around. Don't let is yardage fool you. There is trouble on every hole if you don't hit the ball straight. Rather short in length but golfers are rewarded with straight accurate shots. Course is well maintained with great greens that are super fast. Hard to believe this course is as new as it is. |

This is one of my favorite courses to play. It's always in excellent condition and has a nice mix of golf holes. Wish I had an oppurtunity to play it more than once or twice a year. |
