Salina Municipal Golf Course -- *Long course in the wind*
Review by: Mitch Knipp	When the wind blows, you better bring your "A" game. This course is designed to be played with a south wind. However, when you get a north wind, some of the toughest par 4 get even tougher. Not a tight course and you won't lose any balls, but it is a fair test of golf. The course is ususally busy so you need to get a tee time in advance. They could also use a marshall on weekends to keep play moving. Nice course, great staff, lots of fun.

Salina Country Club -- *Getting better*
Review by: R. North	We played about 15 different courses this summer, most rated 3 to 4 stars (by Golf Digest). This course has come a long way in the last 2 years and is a solid 3+ to 4 stars now- based on the courses we played for comparison purposes. The course was closed in mid 2004 for work and the results look great. Always found the staff friendly.
