San Ramon Royal Vista Golf Course -- Affortable Golfing for the Tri Valley Area
Review by: Carl Gerbrony This is the most reasonably priced golf course in the immediate area. Course is well kept, with nearly all the holes lined with houses. Fairways are wide and forgiving. Greens are generally large, with the 18th hole being the signature hole. Great twi-light rates, and nice Driving range that is lit for after dark use.

Canyon Lakes Country Club -- Windy but handy
Review by: Richard L. Canyon Lakes is no great test of golf, but it is a decent course in the middle of suburbia. The front nine is pretty short with a couple of good holes, but the rough is a sure bogey. The back is a decent test. Play in the morning before the wind blows. Good twilight rates (with cart) and the staff is friendly. Nice views from some of the higher spots on the course. Greens are getting a little rough.

San Ramon Royal Vista Golf Course -- I Live here and play all the time
Review by: Anonymous but there are times when I hit a great shot right down the middle of the fairway and then I cant find my ball, I hate it. they really should mow more often, but when the grass is freshly cut,its a great coarse for the money. Dont hit too many houses now :)
