Links Course -- OUTSTANDING ! ! ! ! !
Review by: Transplanted New Mexican This is a course you MUST experience at least once in your life. --- Time it to be the last group of the day for some fantastic sunsets over the mountains. --- Run by the city and well maintained. The fairways are incredible. The greens are some of the best I've ever played. --- If you're a beginner then the great 28 (par 3) can be difficult, hole #3 especially. Having to fly the deep arroyo,(ditch) that's in front of the green is next to impossible for the beginner.

Coyote del Malpais Golf Course -- Golf the Coyote
Review by: J. D. Championship golf at incredibly affordable prices. Coyote del Malpais is a jewel for NM goflers who know of its existence. During the week, golfers can simply walk on and play uninterrupted golf on a well manicured challenging course. The course is watered with effluent and of the 16 lakes included in the layout, 14 are usually full and come in to play on at least nine of the holes. Sweeping vistas of high mesas and mountains offer eye candy. The club house offers a fully-stocked pro shop and cafe with some of the best Green Chile Cheeseburgers in the state that can be eaten on the upper deck overlooking the driving range. The pro, Manny Martinez, is friendly and knowledgeable.
