Santee National Golf Club -- Fun Course
Review by: Ken You can stay in the villa just beside the first tee or in the other places nearby. The course is full of variety and that makes it so much fun. You can hit a lot of different types of shots during your round. Two shorter Par 3's and one medium range and one longer. Par 4's range from Driver & PW to Driver & Long Irons. Dogleg Right, Dogleg Left, Straight away, you name it, you will find it. With multiple tees, you can play this course and have fun. Whether you are on a Golf Package from out of the area, or a local player, this place is a good course!

Hickory Ridge Golf Club -- Great Beginners Course
Review by: Avid Golfer This is a very nice beginners course or for the *Very* casual golfer. They have six par fours (a couple could be very good three pars) and three par 3s. Would not reccomend for any serious golfer even for a quick round. They do feature a very good driving range. Seems like miles of flat tee boxes and lighted.
