Santee National Golf Club -- Fun Course
Review by: Ken You can stay in the villa just beside the first tee or in the other places nearby. The course is full of variety and that makes it so much fun. You can hit a lot of different types of shots during your round. Two shorter Par 3's and one medium range and one longer. Par 4's range from Driver & PW to Driver & Long Irons. Dogleg Right, Dogleg Left, Straight away, you name it, you will find it. With multiple tees, you can play this course and have fun. Whether you are on a Golf Package from out of the area, or a local player, this place is a good course!

Oak Hills Golf & Country Club -- Concrete greens?
Review by: Preston Oak Hills is a marvelous course from tee to green, excluing the green. The greens are in perfect condition, but trying to land a high-altitude shot with a pitching wedge without having it run off the green is more difficult than a morbidly obese man trying to look at his "short-iron" without the use of a mirror. Frankly, the greens are too hard and do not reward good shots.
