Sedan Country Club

Featured Golf Course Review:
Sedan Country Club -- Very Nice Greens
Review by: Willy Makit Discription of 'tree lined' is a bit misleading. Fairly wide open course, fairways can be hard in the dry summer, creek comes into play on several holes, surprising elevation changes, small but very nice greens, some greens have quite a bit of slope on them.

Colbert Hills at Kansas State University -- Championship course
Review by: Larry N. Colbert Hills brings the feel of a Championship golf course to central Kansas. The layout of this course is outstanding, and the variety of tee box placememnts make it enjoyable for every level of golfing ability. There is water on key holes and sand bunkers galore. The greens are big but contoured so that they can set many different pin placements, thus making on target approach shots a neccesity and putting as easy or as hard as they want to make it. Only complaint I had was the fairways were a bit thin, but with Zoysia you get that when it is overly dry. People in Kansas wanting the feel of a championship course need to play Colbert Hills. Larry
