Classic Golf Club -- Classic Review
Review by: Bill Pavitt Wonderful and challenging course! Elevated large greens are a challenge on the approach as well as on the green but very fair and playable. Course demands accurate tee shots with well defined fairways but errant shots are rarely lost. If you can play this course well you can play anywhere!

Nisqually Valley Golf Course -- Brookdale is cheap
Review by: Rapid Roy I used to work and play on this course. It's well maintained even so the owners Kris and Doug Jones of Brookdale, Inc. which are also owners of Brookdale Golf Course in Spanaway Washington, anyhow they're very cheap. They would rather take their weekly trips to Vegas and Mexico over buying better equipment to take care of their turf. The course has good drainage because it is rather rocky, covered with a good layer soil. Tees are usually hammered, areas in greens usually get muddy and badly damaged during the winter and dries out for about 2 weeks for the summer or until overwatered. Irrigation seldom works, so manual wattering is usually done after the greens turn brown. Pins are changed about twice a week, and due to overplay, always torn up. Fairways are mowed with a pull-gang! I mean COME ON. Buy these guys a fairway mower! And come on, hire some better waitresses. The one with only half an index finger, my God.
