Not an overly long course, it rewards accuracy off the tee and penalizes errant strokes. The greens are fast and true, and generally break less than one would imagine. The front nine is deceptive, punishing anyone who strays off the tree-lined fairways. The back nine can be attacked, but the sightlines off the tees can intimidate the first time player.
Use long irons from the tee to keep the ball in play(only if they are are a strength in your game), and you will be surprised with the result.
Putting is the primary key to scoring on this picturesque layout. |
