Grandy Nine Golf Club

Featured Golf Course Review:
Grandy Nine Golf Club -- Frequent Grandy 9 Golfer
Review by: Randy Wurm This is a 'cute' family-owned-type feel of a golf course. I've been here many, many times with my family because it's off the beaten path and used to be fairly quiet. My parents still golf there quite a bit. Probably a fairly easy for the professional, but very nice for the beginner or one looking for an easier challenge. Not a lot of fluff anywhere in the club-house or course, but that adds to it's quaintness.

Valley High Golf Club -- Buff country high
Review by: Leon The course runs along the Mississippi bluffs just south of La Cresent, MN. The frist nine offer some tricky shots - best to have a local around to show you the shortcuts. The back 9 is long for the average golfer and the rye grass between fairways can create trouble when wet. With the large amount of local rainfall this year, the course is looking good and the Friday special green fees make this the place to play.
