If you are a golfing purist a'la architect Tom Doak, then this course isn't for you. Purists tend to detest trees on the course.
This shortish course is carved through mature evergreen forest on hilly terrain.
Your test is apparent on hole 1, a straightaway downhill par 4 tighly lined by mature evergreens. It doesn't get any easier after that with narrow fairways on virtually every hole.
Not recommended for those who insist on walking with hilly terrain and some long stretches from one green to the next tee.
