Skamania Lodge Golf Course -- Leave the driver at home
Review by: Doug Diehnel this is a terrific track..THE most fun course i have ever's short but very demanding..all shots have to be place in a precise position and if it's not in the fairway, it's lost..bring lots of balls, all of your patience and be prepared for one of the most challenging and beautiful settings you'll ever have the opportunity visit

Kayak Point Golf Course -- Golf in the Forest
Review by: Duckleft If you are a golfing purist a'la architect Tom Doak, then this course isn't for you. Purists tend to detest trees on the course. This shortish course is carved through mature evergreen forest on hilly terrain. Your test is apparent on hole 1, a straightaway downhill par 4 tighly lined by mature evergreens. It doesn't get any easier after that with narrow fairways on virtually every hole. Not recommended for those who insist on walking with hilly terrain and some long stretches from one green to the next tee. Otherwise, a perfect example of northwest golf
