you'll use every club in your bag on this course...usually in great shape, but sometimes the greens could be better, but this place gets a lot of play annually...this is where the pros played when Hogan ruled the game...it's still a great test of golf, even for today's long hitters...there's not an ugly hole on Memorial's layout and there's plenty of water and tall trees to penalize the errant shot...from the tips, it's more than 7000 and from the white tees it's still more than 6500 yards long...fair pricing and a beautiful golf course easily accessibile inside of Houston's inner loop...have a great time and repair your divots and ball marks.... |
