Ticonderoga Country Club -- Challenging long holes & tremendously manicured
Review by: David S. This 18-holer had a great mix of long and short holes, challenging and intermediate greens. This course is in particularly good condition year after year for such hard winters. Besides for some of the grumpy old men who play the course, and think they own it and let you know it (standard, yet dieing breed of golf clientele for some courses), I have had several fantastic rounds on this course.

Golf Club at Mansion Ridge, The -- Great Course and great views
Review by: Bob Tiura Played in early June, 2004. A most enjoyable and challenging course. The greens were a little long, but rolled true. Clubhouse utilizes the old structure of the historic farm in a way that preserves the flavor of the site. Bring your course management game or you will be hitting a few blind shots to get back on track. Lots of tee options so you can make it as tough as you want.
