Sunsweet Hills Golf Club -- *Southern Charm*
Review by: SDonald	I think this course is the epitome of classic southern charm. Several of the holes are cut through a pecan orchard which can be messy in the fall but provide a relaxing and secluded background that could only be complimented by the excellent course condition. There are plenty of gentle doglegs and enough long fairways to provide an exhilarating challenge. Water is in play on several holes. There is even an island green on the par three sixteenth. Beautiful design that is in excellent condition. I'll play here whenever I am in town.

Rock Spring Club
"Enjoyable Round"
It is an average length course, but enjoyable. The fescue around the bunkers gives the course a nice look. There are some intersting holes such as one with a 2 tiered green right in front to make for a tough second shot from only around 60 yards. Some water but overall its fun and if you have the chance to play there do so.

Mountain Valley Golf Course - Maple/Oak Course
"hidden gem"
Course was originally 18 but 9 new holes were added in the last few years. The three nines, oak, pine, and maple are all challenging with tight tree lined fairways with generous sized greens with a fair bit of undulation. Huge elevation changes on some holes offer great views of the surrounding PA countryside. Although not the longest course, although some holes are quite long it is easily the most difficult in the region due to the tightness and difficult putting greens. The greens are always in great condition so the difficulty I have with putting is assuredly not the course, It's all mine. Great value too, and a friendly and helpful staff makes these three nine hole courses a must when in the area.

Meadow Ponds Golf Course
"When you need to play, you need to play"
This course is not very hard or long. The maintnance could use some help. When it comes down to it, its all about cost. This course is cheap and not usally too busy.
