Olalla Valley Golf Course -- Olalla Valley Haven
Review by: Nick Thayse I would've liked to put 4 stars, but I know that there are much better courses out there. I live about 20 min. away from the secluded Olalla Valley Golf Course. Olalla is very beautiful, with little traffic. This course isn't easy by a long shot. The fairways are narrow, with trees and water a constant hazard. Some negatives are that there isn't one sand bunker, no driving range, and no chipping green. But definitely visit if you are in the area, it'll be well worth it.

Review by: Dave Pinkston Relatively inexpensive for a course of this stature. Nice wide fairways, but don't get off of them. Once you get on the greens, you will realize why Palmer liked to putt. Very tricky greens. The slope rating really isn't as high as I think it should be. The white tees are more conducive to scoring for even the mid handicapper. The blues and the Palmers are definitely for single digit players. Great views and well maintained. Recommended for anyone who comes to Oregon. Only a little over a couple hour drive south of Bend. Look me up for a round!
