Deerwood Golf Course is one of the nicest public courses in the area. Offering 27 holes to play. The newest 9 holes are a very tricky, with water on almost every hole. Making ball placement crucial to a good round. I would have to say that Deerwood Golf Course is one of my favorite local, public courses. |

Tan Tara is a well maintained and enjoyable course. It's long and narrow and is decently challenging although it is a bit flat. They've done a lot of work on drainage this off season so the course will hold up better than most in Western New York. It's vastly superior to the public courses in the area with the exception of Glen Oak. It's only major drawback is the lay out. Par 3's on 1, 9, 10, and 18 takes some getting used to, but overall Tan Tara is a great place to play. |
