Vesper Country Club -- best golf in the mass
Review by: Bob Connors I played Vesper as a guest and found the course and staff to be one of the best golf exp. in 2005. The Mass open was played at Vesper and the course is in great shape, a real treat to play.

Heather Hill Country Club - North Course -- Not a bad little course.
Review by: M. Morin Heather Hills is a course I play a lot, mostly due to it's close location and very reasonable price. There are 3 nines (27 holes total) which usually be played in any combination, however normally the North course is reserved for 9 hole rounds and the Middle-South courses for 18. The North course is a nice links style course with some sand and few water hazards. The Middle-South course is more of a typical New England style course carved out of the woods. There are a few questionably designed holes, and play can slow down drastically in some, however, if you’re looking for a leisurely inexpensive round this is course a nice little secret. Be warned – They do not accept credit cards (but there is an ATM in the pro shop).
