This beautiful Robert Trent Jones, Sr. course was been revived by the new owners. All it needed was a new irrigation system, some better equipment and some TLC. It's new pro, Jon Rife, knows quality having worked in Nantucket and Vero Beach. It is a challenging but fair course, and the views are really spectacular - especially in foliage. Locals who had left for another course nearby are returning and hoping that the word does not get out.
One tip - the greens break away from the Mountain

I HAVE ENJOYED PLAYING AT CEDAR KNOLL FOR THE PAST FEW YEARS AND IT IS ONE OF MY FAVORITE PLACES TO PLAY IN VERMONT. I LIKE THE RELAXED ATMOSPHERE AND THE COURSE AM ALSO CHALLENGING. IMPROVEMENTS ARE MADE EVERY YEAR TO THE GOLF COURSE AND WITH 27 HOLES GIVES A PLAYER PLENTY OF VARITY. |
