Moor Downs Golf Course -- Nice Course For Relaxing Round Of Golf

This is the one of oldest golf courses in Waukesha County and is a very pleasant golfing experience - if you're not looking for an extreme challenge.

The 9-hole layout features many large, statuesque oak trees (absolutely beautiful in the fall) that come into play on many of the holes. The greens are kind of small and somewhat undulating, which makes putting a challenging if you don't know where to place your approach shots. Water comes into play on two of the holes and the fairways are fairly flat. The overall condition of the course is very acceptable, although not spectacular.

The real treat of this course is the laid back atmosphere that is acceptable for both experience players as well as high handicappers. I�ve golfed there many times and the people have always been friendly and patient.

For the price, it�s a very nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

Great clubhouse with good food and drink. All servers and clubhouse personnel are the best. The golf course is very well manicured and maintained. The only complaint is the hilly nature of the terrain. The views are splendid especially in fall. Go and enjoy, great value for your dollar.

Antelope Valley CC golf course is a fun and challenging experience. Wind makes the course play tough in the afternoon. It is realitively flat and provides the abilility to walk with little difficulty. Many challenging holes, several with water, and views of the local desert and Joshua Trees are great. The amenities of the club are first rate. New clubhouse, staff that is freindly and attentive, and quality food and beverages all help to make a great golfing experience.
