Featured Golf Course Review:
| Tyoga Country Club -- Worth the trip |
| Review by: Debbie |
The course at Tyoga Counnty Club is a haven away from the hustle, bustle of the city. It's quaint atmosphere gives you the ambiance of small town New England in rural Pennsylvania. The course is beautiful and yet challenging. Few courses in the north gives you the perfect course without the price of the southern courses. Enjoy. |

| Sinking Valley Country Club -- Wonderful track |
| Review by: Rob Harper |
Since moving back to the Altoona area a few years back, I've been disappointed with the courses in this area. Just an hour towards central PA, there are dozens of great courses everywhere.
Today, I went and tried out the Sinking Valley course, and was pleasantly surprised. It was in excellent shape, and had plenty of risk/reward holes. I can't wait to go back.
I think some of the other over-rated /over-priced dusty courses around here need to contact the green keeper over in Sinking Valley and get some advice!
Nice Pro Shop too. Haven't seen one that actually stocks equipment in a while.
Only thing I didn't like, they didn't have any logo balls :-( |
