Lakeside Golf Course -- *Cheap, easy, and very fun*
Review by: Dan	I love this golf course, it is a main stay for the public. It is an easy walk course, unlike most in utah, and there is a chance to show off your long drives. The best part is it wont take your wallet for a ride, one of my biggest pet peaves about golf courses now days.

Lakeside Golf Course -- *Harder than it looks*
Review by: Darren G.	This course is flat, which is uncommon in a Utah golf course. But dont let that fool you. This course has water on 14 of 18 holes. There are 3 holes in the back 9 (11-13) which are located in 'wet lands' 2 of them require you to lay up on your drive or land in a 10 yard fairway. The cheap price saves your wallet and friendly staff will let you walk on in most cases.

A course perhaps more friendly for the long-ball hitter with more than enough water and some deviously placed sand. Access to the course requires a military affiliation or a friend who can host your play but, well worth the trip. Given its location (on base), play is seldom hampered by a crowded course which also makes it a most hospitable course for the slower player, the short ball hitter or those just learning the game. The placement of water (ponds and streams) makes for an interesting attack plan and invites disaster for the reckless. Improved traps, general landscaping and more attention to tee boxes and greens over the past two seasons has made the course much more enjoyable. The first six holes are a low rolling layout with a lot of trees in play along the fairways. The rest of the course is basically flat with several holes playing parallel to the runway and an occasional aircraft take-off or landing adding to the view. Course amenities are well maintained. Walk, pull a cart or ride in a relatively new electric cart. The golf carts are in great shape and an adjacent driving range is a plus for tuning up before hitting off of the first tee. The clubhouse has a small grill for lunch with a comfortable seating area for a beer after the game. The pro shop is equipped to handle most needs.

Moffett Field Golf Club
"Moffett review"
I once belonged to a local golf club that played Moffett once a year. We had 3-4 handicap golfers who said this was one of the hardest courses they had played. It may look easy but it can get you in a lot of bogey troubles. This course is mainly for a golfer who draws the ball. Lots of right to left shots.
