Spencer Golf & Country Club -- Hidden Treasure in Northwest Iowa.
Review by: John U. I have played the Northwest Am. on this course from 1992 through 2002. One of the best courses I have played in or out of state. Public or private. Very well manacured with true, quick bent greens. Tight Bluegrass fairways. Holes 5, 13 and 17 are 200 yd plus par 3's with the 13th green being one of the most difficult on the course and can play 238 yds from the tip. This course WILL allow you to score. If you ever have a chance to play this while at Lake Okoboji, the 45 minute drive is well worth it.
