This course starts with the hardest starting hole in the Rochester area. Dogleg par 5 with Genesee River on the left the entire way. Second hole is a tough par 4 with bunkers in front of the green. Water comes into play on 5 holes. Greens and fairway are normally in great condition. It's a 9 holer, but for a good challenge at a nice price, you can't beat Riverton. I now live in AZ and refuse to pay what they want for a round out here. |

| Beaver Meadows Golf & Recreation -- TOUGH |

While not getting much respect in the cny area, Beaver meadows is one of the toughest tests around. Anyone who can score 75 or better from the blues there with regularity is a solid player. When the place is in good shape, it rivals any other course in the area. (excluding the casino courses) A few summers played here would improve anyones game. |
