This golf course doesn't look like much at first. most holes are a par 4 with only a few par 5's and par 3's. Though that may seem easy, the layout is what makes it challenging, especially in the back Nine. Wooded areas surround almost all of the holes in the back nine creating a much more difficult situation to golf in. Overall it is a very well designed course. |

Right now it's definately a dog track. Rocks in the fairways made it almost unplayable mty last time out. The biggest problem with the course is the rates. You can play 9 holes at Indianhead for cheaper. It looks like they are trying to stick more money in the course, but it seems like THEY have no idea what they are doing because the rocks in the fairway should be the first thing you do. Some of the holes can play extremely difficult. One of the par 5s is only 450 yards long, but the landing area is so small you're better off hitting iron off the tee. Theis course has some potential, but no one will go back at the rates they are charging when Indianhead, a real course, is right down the road for a buck less. |
