Crane Meadow Golf Course -- Dog Track with tough layout
Review by: Crowe Right now it's definately a dog track. Rocks in the fairways made it almost unplayable mty last time out. The biggest problem with the course is the rates. You can play 9 holes at Indianhead for cheaper. It looks like they are trying to stick more money in the course, but it seems like THEY have no idea what they are doing because the rocks in the fairway should be the first thing you do. Some of the holes can play extremely difficult. One of the par 5s is only 450 yards long, but the landing area is so small you're better off hitting iron off the tee. Theis course has some potential, but no one will go back at the rates they are charging when Indianhead, a real course, is right down the road for a buck less.

Ironwood Golf Course -- my personal favorite course ever
Review by: Brandon Dallman This course is chalenging but yet it also alot fun to play. You may loss a few golf balls on the birr but over all it is the nicest golf course in wisconsin I think. So if you are a golfer that likes to try new and challenging courses then this is the course for you. I personally have only golfed there 5 times but when i got there i knew that this course was better then the rest of them in wisconsin that i have golfed at. the people at ironwood take really nice care of there 3 amazing 9 holes. My personal favorite is the birr. But for others there 3 other 9 hole courses are great and there names are the callow, the meath, and the birr.
