Anchor Golf Land

Featured Golf Course Review:
Anchor Golf Land -- Not bad, for what it is...
Review by: Mills Mead Anchor Golf Land is an 18-hole par-3 with an attached driving range, minature golf course, and a special practice area for lessons. There is also a well-equipped golf shop and snack area. If you are looking for a serious golf... this is not the place. If you are looking for a place to exercise, practice a few shots, or have fun with beginners... this place is great! it's conveniently located, priced right, and the people are friendly. The course is kept in reasonably good condition -- considering the low "greens fees" -- but there is a wildlife problem with goose droppings and woodchucks.

Glenwood Country Club -- tough and tight
Review by: Gerry Nestler aka ace No grass around the greens and sometimes in the middle of the fairways. Gorgeous views of Lake Glenwood, the colors in the lake will blow your mind. And tracy is a very hot cook while Kimly is an extraordinary bartender. A pleaseant experience if you do not care about the golfing conditions.
