Anchor Golf Land

Featured Golf Course Review:
Anchor Golf Land -- Not bad, for what it is...
Review by: Mills Mead Anchor Golf Land is an 18-hole par-3 with an attached driving range, minature golf course, and a special practice area for lessons. There is also a well-equipped golf shop and snack area. If you are looking for a serious golf... this is not the place. If you are looking for a place to exercise, practice a few shots, or have fun with beginners... this place is great! it's conveniently located, priced right, and the people are friendly. The course is kept in reasonably good condition -- considering the low "greens fees" -- but there is a wildlife problem with goose droppings and woodchucks.

Review by: John LeBoeuf ECCC is a true classic! I never played it before 2004 so am unfamiliar with recent changes, however I think ECCC should be ranked up there with the best in the country let alone NJ. The Bunkering is spectacular, the greens have scale and undulation, the course has more than adequate length, but above all it has an indescribable feel. It is like stepping back in time, the roaring twenties. Jones, Von Elm, Cruickshanks, Hagen, all played here.
