Wilmington North Carolina Golf Courses
Featured Golf Course Review:
| Porter's Neck Plantation & Country Club -- Excellent design - miserable greens | ||
| Review by: Tom Green | This is one of the best course designs on the east coast. A variety of shotmaking skills are required and skill levels required depend on the tees used. Number 9 is a magnificent hole. Unfortunately, the greens are 30 to 50% Poa, and putting is an adventure. With upgraded greens, the course would get 4.5 stars. | |

Golf Courses: Additional Golf Course Reviews:
| Wilmington Municipal Golf Course -- Donald Ross Designed Public Course | ||
| Review by: C.W. Allegood | This course, developed in 1926, is as good a public golf course as the average to better than average golfer is likely to find anywhere. Designed by Donald Ross, owned and operated by the City of Wilmington and well maintained. Never too crowded. Reasonable green fees. | |
