Featured Golf Course Review:
| Three Pines Country Club -- diamond in the rough |
| Review by: Antonio Hartwell |
The best-kept secret in SC. Three Pines combines beauty and playability as well as quality and affordability. The course is fun; the people are friendly. The whole experience is unforgettable. But you must be with a member to play . . . . so thank your lucky stars if you can get on this gem. |

Additional Golf Course Reviews:
| Oak Hills Golf & Country Club -- Agree with the others, greens are ridiculous |
| Review by: Rick |
Have played this course 10+ times. 18 hcp. I like the course overall, but the greens are difficult at best. When you do get to the green, if you are putting from above the hole, forget about it. Always stay below the hole and if you can get there early to get a feel for the speed on the practice green. Also, it is Oak "Hills". There are mounds in and around the edges and somtimes center of the fairway. Hitting these results in unpredictable bounces. Two shots hit a foot apart can be very different. I will continue to play this course and hope for improvement on the grens or in my game to adapt. I have been with people who score well here, but a high handicapper can get frustrated. |
