Three Pines Country Club

Featured Golf Course Review:
Three Pines Country Club -- diamond in the rough
Review by: Antonio Hartwell The best-kept secret in SC. Three Pines combines beauty and playability as well as quality and affordability. The course is fun; the people are friendly. The whole experience is unforgettable. But you must be with a member to play . . . . so thank your lucky stars if you can get on this gem.

Regent Park Golf Club -- Good course, has all the basics, soon to be a hidden jewel
Review by: Steve I played here twice so far. The fairways were in pretty good shape. They recently hired a new superintendent from Charlotte National (Dino) who produces some of the best greens in Charlotte. With a little time, he will have those greens rolling right. He has already started re-doing all the bunkers. Some walks from green to the next tee would be impossible to make. It has some beautiful holes. Most bunkers did not have enough sand in them, but they're being re-worked now with some getting all new drainage and sand and some being filled in as grass bunkers. This will make it a fairer course.
