If you love golf, then the best vacation in the world for you is probably going to be a golfing adventure somewhere at a great U.S. or foreign golf resort location. There are many of these types of golf vacations and also many hotels that are offering special golf vacation packages. These are usually cheaper [...]
When thinking about buying a golf car, there are number of things to consider. Do you want to go with a new or used model? What size of seating and storage capacity do you want? Where do you plan on using the cart? All of these factors and more should be considered when trying to [...]
Golf is a sport which is becoming increasingly popular. However golf, while it is a sport that is accessible to practically anyone within distance of a driving range or course, still has some particulars as to what is appropriate attire when out on the grass with your clubs. For the most part, when one thinks [...]

Stonebridge Golf Links & Country Club "Ma-Pa" Hauppauge is nicer of the two clubs there. We allways get a green when we get there, and Mary likes your lunches better! I thought the pro shop was marvellous - I nearly went BROKE before I got out of there! Do you plan to expand? ---George Dallgren, Cape Coral, Florida USA.
Westport Country Club, The "Adirondack gem." My favorite layout in the Adirondacks, a course you can play 100's of times and never tire of. After a difficult first hole you are presented with good scoring opportunities on the front. Holes 10 thru 13 are as tough as they come and as scenic, they stick in the minds of golfers at every level. Take time to chat (or have a lesson) with John Hall, PGA pro and managing partner, I guarantee he'll be friends with at least one pro from your area. ---Wm McHone, Westport, NY (formerly NYC and Vt)
Pine Brook Country Club "Beautiful Course" I grew up playing this course......I live in Florida now, but it was and remains a great place to play golf. It's not the TPC, but it is a fun and challenging course. ---Keith Thomerson, Jacksonville, Florida
Hickory Hills Golf Club "Monroe Central Golfers" I think that overall the course is nice. It could be so much better. Like if the fairways were bent grass and if you would take care of your creek edges and ponds. We would also like to send out all of our thanks to Darel Doss for making Hickory Hills a better place to be. Oh and by the way Wapahani, you just better watch out. We might have a suprise in confrence!
