Edgewood Country Club "Traditional Donald Ross layout" Edgewood is a graceful example of a Donald Ross design, with elevated, contoured and fast greens. The traditional, tree lined layout is picturesqe and plays longer than its listed length. Par 4s #2 and #18 are each 420 yard gems. Three of the Par 5s are reachable with two long shots. 5-8 on the front is where the golf course really tests you.
The course is always in good condition, and despite its hills, is a good walking course with a solid caddy program. ---D Smith, Pittsburgh, PA USA
Marshall Canyon Golf Club "Trickier than you think and don't EVER walk." Marshall Canyon is a fun course with some quirky holes but for the most part it is pretty fair. The greens are trickier than you think and there are some hole placements that totally suck if you get above the hole. It is a hilly course that you don't want to walk unless you are in very good walking shape. All in all, it is a good course with a decent price. ---JHurst, La Verne CA
Santa Rita Golf Club "Receptive Greens" Great Greens! Fire at the stick! Some long Par 3's!!! ---Golf Guru, Tucson
