Forest Heights Country Club "South Georgia's best secret" What a wonderful couse that plays well all year round. This couse will test all skill levels but is fair. With wide fairways but tough rough and a lot of trees if you miss the fairway. Fairly long most par 4 play between 380 to 410 yards. Water comes into play on 5 holes. Couse is in great shape and a 3 1/2 hour round is the norm! ---Anonymous, Statesboro Ga.
DeBordieu Club "simply amazing!!" I was very lucky to be able to play this private track. I would highly recommend this course if you are ever able to get the invite. The clubhouse is what you would expect at a private gated community, large and splendid. But the true beauty is the 18 holes of pure bliss. The course slips and slides through some amazing terrain and it is a shot makers course. You can enjoy this course at any handicap because of the many tee options but if you are feeling bold, take a few steps back and take on the whole course. This course offers alot to the average golfer but like I said, If you get the chance to play it don't pass it up.This is a top 3 course on the grand strand but because it is private not many people get the honor of playing this amazing golf course. ---Aaron, Boston MA USA
Glenbrier Golf Course "Ok for begginers" This course ok for begginers but it is very short, they have a good grounds crew and always looks nice. ---Somewhere in the Area, Perry, MI
Gleneagle Golf Course "gleneagle review" A short, (6100 back tee), course that challenges golfers in all parts of the game. OB, hazards, waters come into play of the tee. Tree lined fairways encourage straight shots. Greens are guarded by bunkers. Some greens are extremely long and flat while others have ridges. Both elements combine to reward accurate approach shots. The very long par three's that require mid irons challenges the long game. Only draw back is that it's not very well maintained in the winter. In the summer a good test of public golf.
