Chief at Sky Lodge Golf Course, The "Bring it on!" The Chief is perhaps the most challenging course I have played in northern Michigan. While it is a toughy, especially from the tips, it brings out a carnal instinct in me to play it again because I know that with my new knowledge I can improve my score. The course was in great shape with its bent tees, greens and fairways nicely manicured. The pro indicated that they just lowered the length of the rough, which made a great improvement. Service was also great in the shop. Leave your driver at home and have some fun. ---Golfer Jim, Birmingham, Michigan
Valhalla Golf Club "FirePar reviewer" Golf course is actually 2 different styles which is fun. The front side is a links style and the back is tree lined. Kept in meticulous shape by crew and and staff. Plenty of tee boxes to make corse as difficult as you would like. Enjoy! ---Anonymous, Louisville, KY USA
Maple Leaf Estates Golf Course "Friendly and Fair" We went in late April beginning of May. The course is nice. Extremely friendly regulars. Good distances for average golfers. Good food in the clubhouse. ---Anonymous, Lynden Ontario Canada
