Giles Country Club "My Review" It is a little golf course but it is kept in wonderful condition. With limited amount of help it is one of the best 9 hole golf courses around. ---Brandon Webb, Wise, VA USA
Sunnybrook Country Club "Trouble in all the right places" Sunnybrook is a 45 year old course designed by Bruce Matthews. It is a joy to play and in excellent condition. A map of it may look pretty straight forward, but there is trouble in places you simply have to play around. Grass is in great shape and well cared for. The premium is on hitting a straight ball and knowing your club selection. ---a member, Grandville, Michigan
Visalia Country Club "Good hard course" This is a nice course that is usually in fairly good condition. The course is long with a decent amount of trees. the greens are also not medium, but rather large as many of the greens are 60 yards from front to back. Overall, I like this course and I think you will too. ---matt, Anonymous
Heatherwood Golf Club "A golf course should not be located on this property" This golf course is an example of the fact that you cannot take any piece of land and design a golf course on it. The property on which Heatherwood is located is so steep and tight that the designers would have to have moved millions of cubic yards of earth to make suitable fairways. The course features a Par 5 for example which should be played with a 6 iron from the tee, an 8 iron for a second shot and an approach with a Wedge.
The saving grace for this course is the good bent grass greens. If tight fairways and blind shots are your bag, then give this one a try. ---Allen Ernstberger, Indianapolis, Indiana
