Tradition Golf Club - Tradition Course "Great Course" This is a terrific course - challenging but fair. The setting and views are spectacular. Tucked in the La Quinta cove, wind is not a factor like in other desert courses. Condition is excellent. ---Anonymous, Seattle, WA USA
White Hawk Country Club "Better than others around" I have golfed at White Hawk for the past three summers and have found it to be a challenging three courses. With black being the hardest it is to the difficult level of a 5-10 handicap player. On average I should in the high 70's and find some days more challenging then others depending on pin placement. But if you are a golf with great accuracy then this course will be almost no match for you. For if you are able to stay in the farways even par is something insight. The course itself is taken care of very nicely and almost all of the employees are friendly. Overall it is my favorite course in the area. ---Rosie, Indiana
Bing Maloney Golf Course - Eighteen Course "Bing Maloney -- a decent public course" Bing is a fairly easy course that is fairly easy to get on. There are a few holes that are semi-challenging, but not many. This course is fairly long and has lots of old trees boardering the fairways. Play the Blue tees for a more challenging round. ---Tim, Sacramento, CA
Sandpiper Golf & Country Club "A nice short course" I have played this golf course for the last 10 years, 2 to 5 times each year at various time, usually in the winter. Sandpiper is a short course with plenty of par 3's and short par 4's. The layout makes for a slow round on the front side on a busy day. It usually opens up on the back, which is the better 9 holes. Greens are in good condition year round. Course gets more play in the winter when the ajoining retirement community is fully occupied. Long hitters have no advantage as any long drive (250 or more) puts you too close to the greens. Use irons and 4 woods off most of the tees. Any drive 200 yards down the middle is great for this course. Some holes feel too close to the homes. Can be a real challenge when windy. ---Bill, West Virginia, USA
