Whidbey Golf & Country Club "Great Secret" Who would think that such a great course would be in Whidbey. The course has some challeging holes as well as some scenery. For some of you big hitters it has a couple of holes that tempt you to go for it. I wouldn't if I were you. Looks can be deciving. If they don't get you the slope on the 18th green will. Stick it close.
A great secret. ---e. carrell, seattle, WA USA
Newnan Country Club "Tough Layout" Beautiful layout with a lot of elevation changes and fast, undulating greens. The course also winds through a lot of trees, mostly pines and oaks. First six holes are a real challenge. If you can survive these opening holes with a score that's just a few strokes over par, you may be able to recover by the end. The 15th hole is a monster from back tees, measuring almost 650 yards. Overall, bring every club in your bag. ---M. Page, Lawrenceville, GA
Wallkill Golf Club, Town Of "Wallkill" nice course with consistantly nice fairways. ---josh, otisville, ny usa
Chief at Sky Lodge Golf Course, The "Bring it on!" The Chief is perhaps the most challenging course I have played in northern Michigan. While it is a toughy, especially from the tips, it brings out a carnal instinct in me to play it again because I know that with my new knowledge I can improve my score. The course was in great shape with its bent tees, greens and fairways nicely manicured. The pro indicated that they just lowered the length of the rough, which made a great improvement. Service was also great in the shop. Leave your driver at home and have some fun. ---Golfer Jim, Birmingham, Michigan
