This course was built in a very scenic location. The undulating greens are in good condition and fast. The course is hilly, so expect many uneven lies. There is a creek that comes into play on three holes.

| The Birch Run Golf Club (new owners & name change as of 2010) has seen some great improvements!! New owners,PGA Professionals Greg & Danny Kaye, have renovated the club house and streamlined operations to make this club a wonderful stop. Additions such as a website, new golf course equipment, and clubhouse equipment has raised this club to a new level. Greens are wonderful thankful to Kyle Reynolds the Superintendant. I will be joining this facility!! |

| What this little beauty lacks in length and pedigree, it makes up for with a heavy dose of genuine character and a scenic backdrop of rolling, green hills that surround the valley the course is cut out of. Birch Run has seen remarkable improvement in the general shape of its greens, fairways and tees in the last 5 years -- largely thanks to the unwavering dedication of its management and staff. Players enjoy an inexpensive greens fee ($10-15) that courses with more cachet can't offer, combined with a very fun 19th hole atmosphere for post-round relaxation. All in all, a solid bargain that will have you coming back for repeat visits. |
