This hilly course hosted the 1978 and 1986 SCGA Championships. The signature hole is #18, a 448-yard, par 4, featuring a tough dogleg fairway that requires a long, well-positioned tee shot to a fairway that has out-of-bounds stakes lining the right and left sides of the fairway. There is water that comes into play on seven holes, and the course has several dogleg fairways.

They have finally put some work in to this course and it shows. Had a Pro golf tournament here in may and the course is night and day from last year,especially the greens.

This Golf course has deteriorated over the years. I had not played the course in 5 years, and where it used to be at least a 4 star course, now I give it one. The Tees, fairways, and rough was great, but the Greens are the worst I have played on. There are deadspots in every green, and the pins were placed in the middle of the deadspots. Go somewhere else in the area, because it is definitely not worth the $35 they charge during the week. Great potential, but they need to close the course and redo the greens.

Antelope Hills Golf Course
"Diamond in the rough"
In July, 2003 I had the chance to try out this little 9 hole course and I was very satisfied with my experience. The fairways were in tremendous condition and the greens offered a perfect putting surface. We could hear the coyotes howling as we started our round in the morning. The peacefulness alone (my wife and I were the only people on the course) was worth the price of green fees. The green fees, by the way, are very reasonable. The scenery from the first tee is spectacular, especially if you glance to the west. If you're looking for a tough challenge, this isn't the course for you. The course is not too challenging but is a perfect stop if you're a beginner or coming out of Yellowstone and want to just relax on the course. It's very wide open so you shouldn't lose any balls. My wife is a beginner golfer and had a very enjoyable round. Everything is well-maintained and we found the staff to be courteous and friendly. I plan on returning to play this course again and I highly recommend you give it a try. Definitely a course to walk (not ride) to get the full enjoyment.
