This course was built on hilly terrain, so there will be some uneven lies. The fairways are wide open. Water hazards come into play on nine holes, and there are both fairway and greenside sand bunkers on every hole. The greens are large, undulating and very fast. "Golf Digest" selected this course 2nd on its list of "Best New Private Courses" for 1998.

Just short of heaven, Dec 28, 2010

Played many courses, private and public, but this course is the best of the best. Seriously, the experience you will have can not be beat. No matter your status in life this course treats you as if you are the owner. If you have an opportunity to rent their cottages you will want to move in and not go home....No this isn't the owner writing this, just a guy that has played lots of courses and this is a 5 Star operation.

Awesome corse, awesome facility, awesome clubhouse. However, not the Pebble Beach or Augusta National the membership who have "bought the hype" would have you believe. Solid 4 stars.

My family and I played this mature course 10 mins. from the strip paid LESS THAN HALF the other coureses and they did not charge us extra for not being a local. Course is in great shape the staff was very nice and helpfull. Ill be back

Oak Park Country Club

This is a very nice course to play on. Not the most difficult course you will ever see, but it does have its moments. There is plenty of water and bunkers to keep any golfer busy. Also, the last four holes make the course very challegning. Holes 15 and 16 are the two of the longest par fives on the course. They are followed by the longest par 3 and the you finish of the round with the longest par 4 of the course. The scenery is definetly great, as is the atomosphere. Also, there is a state-of-the-art range and chipping green that could compete with any other clubs.
