Bethlehem Golf Course - Executive Nine Course
"Bethlehem Muni"
I am an 18-20 HNCP. This course is fairly straight through most of the holes. The greens are generally in excellent condition for a public course - sometimes in excellent condition for a private course as well. The course plays long especially from the Blues - it is probably the longest course in the valley. The price is right and the restaurant in the club house is awesome - great value for bar food as well as some really good continental dishes.

Hickory Sticks Golf Club
"A True Beauty"
Hickory Stix is a truly beautiful course. I live 5 min. away from the course and have gotten to play it many times. I love Hickory Stix because it is nestled in the country so it's a nice course to escape to and play a quiet round. It is constantly kept in excellant condition and has 18 beutiful holes to offer. Greens fees need to come down a little bit though.

Sand Springs Golf Course
"Nice but rough"
There are a lot of positives at the Sand Springs Golf Course. Beautiful views of Tulsa, comfortable clubhouse, extremely nice people, low rates and a signature hole (#12). What keeps this course from being one of the best in the area? The greens. Having played this course off and on for the past 6 years, I can't remember when there wasn't some sort of kill on the greens. Due to this ongoing problem, it doesn't compare with alot of the local public courses in Tulsa. Should they ever get a handle on the greens, it would become my favorite.

Vesper Hills Golf Club

Great water system, very plush, sand on every hole, seperate back nine from front nine, front nine needs a little bit a trees but back nine has a lot of wood. I am a rejoining member, i played there every day in the summer.
