This hilly course has many trees lining its fairways, and the greens are extremely fast. Water hazards (two lakes) come into play on a few holes. This course was formerly knows as Castle AFB Golf Course. An additional nine holes was completed in 1963 by Bob E. Baldock.

Terrible course, worse customer service, Feb 27, 2011 |

| I've never played in this course before, or in the central valley for that matter. I usually play near my home in the bay area. A friend from the central valley wanted me to come down and play so i obliged. We called ahead and the gentleman who answered told us the course was dry and in great condition. Turns out that the guy in the pro shop just wants to sell tee times. We played 3 holes and found the course to be in terrible shape. The grass had dead spots, the course was closer to mud than grass, and the tee boxes and greens were destroyed. It looked like people were using the greens for chipping practice. There were literally chunks taken out of the greens. When we walked back to ask for a refund, we were given 10 dollars back of the 30 something each we payed and basically told to be grateful for that because they didn't need to give us anything and it was our problem. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT COURSE, and I advise others to do the same. |

| This course is a great place to go out and have a fun day of golf. It is not the most difficult course but it's still somewhat of a challenge. I highly recomend this course to all levels of players. |

| Haven't played this course in 20 years; however it was a great place to learn the game of golf! It has water hazards, trees, hills and enough sunshine to make golf fun. RUSSELL D |
