| For the money this is the best value in the Memphis area, great course! Not real long, but still has a lot of challenging holes and the new greens are awesome! |

| Fairways in great shape and the greens are the same. Play was just a little slow, a number of kids walking. Tee boxes are in nice shape. Sand traps needed working. But overall it was fun. As nice as I have played in the states and I have play numerous courses. |

| Quail Ridge in Bartlett, Tn is one of the best public courses that I've played. Just last year they converted their Bent grass greens over to Champions Bermuda. These greens are AWESOME!!!! The staff there is also very friendly and they have a fully stocked snack bar with all you need for lunch. I had a great experience here and I plan on playing there a lot more in the future. |

| If you've never played golf before then you did not need to be on that type of golf course. Take lessons, play at a par 3 course, play at a city course before going to a regular course. |

too much money, too little time, Apr 12, 2004 |
| reviewer: Played a Sport I Swore I'd Never Play
from Bartlett, TN |
| I was to go as a guest... and had to pay the $40 green fee. So I played my first game of golf ever. My husband complained about the fact that I had to pay when I wasn't going to play golf in the first place. I did not like the feeling of being rushed because other players always seemed to be right behind us. And then we would stop and let them play thru. I don't think there should be such a short time limit on each hole. My husband took all of that time just for his shot, and of course it took me alot longer to play since I didn't have a clue as to what I was doing. I also did not like the tees being right next to the property lines of homes. I could not tee off right for fear of breaking out someone's window or hurting those that were enjoying their backyard. My husband constantly voiced that we will not ever go to Quail Ridge again. |
