The course is generally in good condition. Greens can be spotty. The layout is pretty original, with a good mix of topography/wooded areas/links style holes. I enjoy playing this course, however, there are better golfing values in the western 'burbs for the price.

How the course was built is more interesting than the course itself. The elevations are unique for the immediate area but the course is poorly maintained. The trucks going into the landfill distract on the opening holes. Typical shoddy Kane County operation.

White Hawk Country Club
"Better than others around"
I have golfed at White Hawk for the past three summers and have found it to be a challenging three courses. With black being the hardest it is to the difficult level of a 5-10 handicap player. On average I should in the high 70's and find some days more challenging then others depending on pin placement. But if you are a golf with great accuracy then this course will be almost no match for you. For if you are able to stay in the farways even par is something insight. The course itself is taken care of very nicely and almost all of the employees are friendly. Overall it is my favorite course in the area.

"Best in Colorado"
This course matches with any in difficulty from the tips. It is awesome to play and has many great golf holes. From th regular men's tee it is a terrific course as well. Fairways can be tight so high handicappers may find the course tougher and not as enjoyable as some. But, hey, with the views (best in the country for a mountain course) everyone will love this track. I have guests from all over the country play this course and rave.

"New golf course that is fun to play"
Good condition, straight forward and fun to play. Plays shorter than the yardage and the ball tends to feed towards the fairways. Greens are very nice. It is an enjoyable experience and a pretty place to play. I recommend it to anyone heading to California's Antelope Valley.
