This course's front nine is flat and its back nine is somewhat hilly. This course is situated in the middle of hills and offers many elevation changes and great views of West Virginia. There is water coming into play on several holes. The signature hole is #15, a 188-yard, par 3, requiring a tee shot from the top of a cliff to the green below. Guests can also take out time to go to Grandview State Park, only minutes from the course.

The people are friendly and the course is beautiful. There are some extravagant views of the gorgeus West Virginia mountains. The fairways are not soft so don't hit a fat shot but you get lots of roll and things are wide open. The bent grass greens are well manicured and roll true. I played the course twice in the same day during my visit from Arizona. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

This is MY favorite WV course. Wide open but still challenging. Some really picturesque holes and the site of some of my best golf memories. Definately worth the effort

This course is beautifully set in the hills of West Virginia without being too hilly to play. It's a wide open course with lots of room for error for the bigger hitters, but with enough feel shots for the not so big hitters. Definitely worth your time to play this overlooked course.
