This course has medium-sized fairways with rolling, contoured hills. The greens are large, fast and tiered. The course personnel stated that the design of the course requires accuracy on all shots. At one time this was quite rural, but now there are many new developments in the area, including hotels, homes, and malls.

| Excellent municipal golf course, but has a lot of room for improvement. With the proper management, could be a premier golf club in the Dyaton area. |

Fun Course, Sep 23, 2004

| Beavercreek is very nice 18 hole course. For the most part the course is well maintained. If you plan on playing, you are looking at green fees that range between $25-$55 depending on when you play i.e weekend or weeday, twilight. The course is located in a very "hilly" area, so the course is fun or challenging depending on you like that. The course is surrounded by housing, but shouldn't even affect those with a nasty slice or hook. The course seems kind of secluded except for a couple holes that are near a highway.
The course's driving range is pretty beat up by the August time frame and there is no sandtrap to practice your sand shots.
Overall, the course is worth a play or two. |
