This club has three nine hole courses that can be combined to make three eighteen hole combinations. "Golf Digest" rated these courses as the 7th "Best Public Course" in the state for 1996. The older Red and White Courses are much more difficult than the newly built Blue Course because they feature numerous mature trees lining the narrow fairways. Water hazards come into play on at least fourteen of the twenty-seven holes. The well-manicured greens are fast. The nine hole green fee rates aren't available until after 4:30 PM on the weekends, prior to that time it cost the same as playing eighteen holes.

Superb! This gem in the rough is just the perfect setting you'd find in - let's say - Augusta or perhaps Pebble Beach. The ondulating greens are the perfect setting for the backdrop of majestic pines overlooking the quaint midwestern village of Becker. Known as a homemakers spinnaker, Becker is a gem of it's own and has the largest furniture store in the United States. The country club offers some of the finest burgers, this side of Wendys and the beer is always refreshing after a competitive 9 holes. With a choice of two 9 hole championship rounds, Pebble Beach just makes you want to come back for the 3rd 9. I would rate this course as a top 10 track and welcome all visitors to beat two aces.

Welcome to the new Miacomet!! Complete with 9 new golf holes capturing the essence of links golf. This Massachusetts island has a new name in public golf. This new layout if the wind is blowing is going to be a real challenge. The elevated tees give you a great look at fairway and positioning. The trick is to hit it there with the accuracy needed to conquer a 20 to 30 mile an hour wind. The golf staff were very professional in the running of the shop. Superb lessons provided by Mike's staff. State of the art lessons with Rob. Fantastic!! Bill Affinito's group are learning the paths and new roads that service the new course. Great job. And the new general manager, Alan Costa, fantastic, hard working, creative. The food service is top notch. come try the new course on Nantucket.

Wynstone Golf Club

Wynstone is situated on a topographically diverse landscape, unbecoming of many Chicagoland golf venues. It has abundant wildlife which adds to the course's balance between a parkland and wetland. Wynstone also offers a unique challenge for any golfer. Not only is the golf course difficult at 7,000+ yards, but also presents a challenge to any comers at 6,500. Both birdies and bogies are easily found throughout the track. Finally, the course is maintained hard and fast. Fairways and greens are firm which requires and rewards shotmaking.
