Good bang for the buck, Jul 10, 2006

Well maintained, enjoyable course of moderate difficulty - Good for all skill levels - Mature trees line most fairways providing shade and coming notably into play after slices or hooks. VERY busy on weekends (don't plan on a fast round - especially with a post-8:30am tee time) - Easily walkable year-round - Centrally located - Inexpensive - Friendly & helpful staff - All in all a very pleasant course to play.

Convenient basic golf course, Aug 18, 2005

Bellevue is a very busy, but convenient, in-town course. It's insanely slow on weekends. Go only on a weekday. The layout is pretty standard and your score will usually match your skill level. It starts short and ends short, with six longer holes in the middle. There are three severe dogleg holes. There is sand and some water, but the main challenge is avoiding the mature trees lining the fairways. Those trees also make it more comfortable in hot or windy conditions than the newer publics in the area.

Avoid it, Jul 06, 2005

One of the busiest courses in the state, you'll quickly become frustrated and antsy at the waits between holes. Expect a five- to six-hour round on weekends. The course itself is unremarkable. Fairly straightforward, if not easy. Not a great value, in my opinion.
