i was raised right next door to NB Golf Course. Now I'm 16. I've always wanted to be like the golfers i saw, and to play such a pretty course. Well my dreams finally came true two months ago, and i was untterly pleased with my experience. The grounds are well kept, the courses are challenging, but not frustratingly hard, and the staff are friendly. The front 9 are a little harder than the back 9. Very few trees, but lots of hills. Overall great course.

For the price they ask, it's totally worth it! It's a great course! There may not be that many trees, but I noticed a few projects that looked like they were working on it, and there is still plenty of beauty surrounding it. Water hazards made it challenging, but all the more fun. Very well kept! The maintenance crew must work hard!

Spring Valley Country Club
"Challenging course"
Spring Valley is an older club that recently upgraded the course layout. They changed 3 or 4 holes in the last few years. The course has no housing development on it and includes several holes that require specific tee shot placement. A good deal of wooded area surrounds the course and water does come into play on several holes. The clubhouse is typical country club and I suggest the prime rib. Outstanding.

Silver Spring Country Club
"Silver Spoon"
I have played a total of 4 rounds as a guest at Silver Spring. This classic and traditional course is well-maintained with speedy greens that can have you on your knees in a hurry. Wonderful course to walk, even for those of us more inclined to ride. Beautiful woodland setting where deer seem to enjoy free range, even on the greens! (Hoof prints don't make for straight putts) Staff was courteous and friendly despite the blue blood atmosphere. Nice joint.
