This course has tree-lined fairways, but many of them have wide landing areas. The front nine is flat, and the back nine is hilly. There is a creek that flows in front of four greens. There are a lot of sand bunkers throughout this course. Tee times are reserved for weekends and holidays only. Walking is permitted during the off-season.

We played this course on 8/11/06. The couse was very dry and greens were like sand bunkers. We hit a couple of approach shots and looked like a bomb had hit the green with all the sand coming up. For $40 this course was not even close to being worth it. You were better off missing the fairways as they were like hitting out of a parking lot. Easy to get on now I know why. A real dog track.

honestly, i have to say that i like this course. it offers a smooth front 9 and a, can be rough at times, back nine. hole #16 is a par 5 that can really do some damage to your confidence, but if you can boggie (excaping with a par would be a plus) then you can finish strong. i felt the staff were nice and helpful, you can take your time (best time to start is after 1pm on sat.), and they always have cold water every couple holes. all-in-all, i can't say anything bad about this course, but then again, i haven't played that many. i will write another review once i have. good luck to everyones game. also, if you are struggling off the tee's with slices and hook's, check out www.northof90.com. balls are a little expensive (24.99/dozen), but they will shave some points off your game.

upon reaching the 10th hole, all of the remaining pins were removed and replaced with pvc poles about 4 feet tall. It was impossible to see pin placement and/or wind movement. Upon calling the pro shop from the 11th tee, we were told it would be taken care of. This was not the case. We were actually informed that this was normal, and that we would have to live with it. no rain check, no partial refund, not even and apology. Just a short tempered marshall telling us how it was.
