The Chippewa River flows through the course and comes into play on four holes. There are many oak trees lining the fairways. The large greens are fast and there are plenty of sand bunkers on the course. Joel Goldstrand designed nine new holes, which were added in 1978.

A very nice course for all abilities. generous advantage for ladies from the front tees make it an exceptional course for couples and mixed groups. Several shorter dog legs allow the big hitters opportunity to cut the corners.

Very interesting course. Its short, but is well designed to still be challenging. For instance the ninth hole is a par five under 500 yards, but has a huge tree planted to block reaching it in two, unless your drive gets close enough to fire a lobbed 60* wedge over the tree. You will hvae fun at this course.

"Hidden Golf Jewel In the Ozarks"
The Twin Lakes Golf Course is an 18 hole par 70 course with tree lined fairways and bentgrass greens. This is a semi-private course opeerated by its over 350 members. The course is open to the public on a daily fee basis. Visitors to the Twin Lakes area find this challenging course a delight. The information provided about this site on golfable.com is dated. The course has experienced significant upgrades in the last few years and provides a challenge for those used to wide open courses. Played this course over the last week, this track is one not to miss. Clasic Joe Lee Design, lots of bunkers and water. This is a thinking man's course. Don't be disappointed is this track play's longer then whats on the card. It does. Play this one and you'll be back again and again.
