This course was built on rolling terrain and the design includes tree-lined fairways that offer a challenge for golfers of all abilities. The fairways do offer ample landing areas, however, the tournament-cut rough makes it imperative to play accurately off the tee. Large, slightly-undulating greens round out the design.

Name Changed, Aug 18, 2007

Not only has the name changed, (it is now "Birmingham Pointe Golf Club") the entire course has been revamped, new Club House with restaurant and snack shop, meeting rooms, state of the art operation, greens redone, fairways filled in, bunkers redone and new white sand in all baunkers. Water hazards added, bridges added. This place has really changed and I might add "for the better", really enjoyed the time I was able to be on the course.

"Quick eighteen"
This course is short, but what it may lack in length it makes up with difficulty along the course. Fast greens and sloping fairways provide players with challenges every time out. Throw in some wind and you are playing some real good golf if you can break eighty from the back tees on this Par 69 course. Fun course with good people in the Pro Shop make this course a great place to play.

Goose Pond Colony Golf Course
"Water Hazards?"
Make the turn at even or better if you expect to go low. If water hazards aren't for you be ready on the back side. 6 of the 9 have water hazards that can come into play if your not on your game. I felt good with a 75.

"You learn to love it"
This is an okay golf course, I wouldnt rate it extremly high though. If you're a beginnger golfer, this course probally isnt the best for you. Just about every hole has a hill, quite substancial hills at that. For the area, I wouldnt reccomend this unless your looking for a challenge. Try Ponthoosac (Pittsfield MA) Stamford (Stamford VT) or even Waubeeka (Williamstown MA) for the area.
